Oats are rich protein grain available easily in Market. Some people find Oats have lack of taste in it due to which they avoid the consumption of this protein rich pack. But no need to worry now, we are giving you 5 recipes which will make your oatmeal much more tasty than you ever had.

For best results, get a pack of "Moreal" Intant Oats from your nearby grocery.

1. Moreal Super Easy Sweet Recipe


Ingredients -

1 cup milk, 1-2 tablespoon sugar, 3-4 tablespoon Moreal Instant Oats.

Procedure

1. Boil milk in a pan for 2 minutes.

2. Add sugar and Moreal Intant oats.

3. Cook for 1 minute

4. Add dry fruit topping, serve and enjoy.

2. Moreal Banana Choco Chips Overnight Instant Oats


Ingredients - 

1/3 Cup Yogurt, 1/2 cup Moreal Instant Oats, 2/3 cup milk, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract, Pinch of salt, 2 tablespoon honey, 1/2 riped banana chopped, 2 tablespoon chocolate chips

Procedure - 

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for overnight.

3. Serve it in morning breakfast.

3. Palak Paneer Oats


Ingredients -

1 cup spinach, 1 tomato, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 chopped onion, 1 cup water, 40 gm paneer, 3-4 tablespoon Moreal Oats.

Procedure -

1. Take one cup spinach and 1 tomato and make a puree of it in grinder.

2. Take one tablespoon of olive oil in pan.

3. Add 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 small chopped onion and spinach tomato puree.

4. Mix well and add 1 cup water and cook.

5. Add 40 gm paneer and 3-4 tablespoon Moreal Intant Oats and cook for 4-5 minute.

6. Serve hot and enjoy.


4. Carrot and Walnut Oats


Ingredients -

2 medium size grated carrot, 1 cup milk, handful walnuts, 5-8 raisins, 1 tablespoon vermicelli, 3-4 tablespoon Moreal Intant Oats, 1/4 tablespoon jaggery.

Procedure -


1. Take 2 medium size grated carrot and roast it in a pan.

2. Add 1 cup milk into it.

3. Add walnut, raisins, vermicelli, Moreal Intant Oats.

4. Cook for 2 minutes and witch off gas flame, then add jaggery and mix it well.

5. Serve and enjoy the meal.


5. Moreal Oats Mix veg Poha


Ingredients -

1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon cumin seed, chopped garlic, 4-5 curry leaves, 1/4 cup peas and carrot, 1 cup water, 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder, chili powder, 3-4 tablespoon Moreal Instant Oats.

Procedure -

1. Take olive oil, cumin seed, chopped garlic curry leave, peas and carrot in a pan and add water.

2. Cover it and cook for 2 minutes.

3. Add turmeric powder, chili powder and salt to taste.

4. Add Moreal Instant Oats and water, mix well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

5. Garnih with mixed herbs, grated coconut, fresh coriander, roasted peanuts and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.

6. Serve hot and enjoy.

6. Moreal Special Summer Oats Recipe.


Ingredients -

1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/4 tablespoon of cumin seed, 1 tablespoon of black gram (Urad Dal), 4-5 curry leaves, 3-4 tablespoon grated coconut, 1 cup water (250ml), 3-4 tablepoon Moreal Intant Oats.

Procedure -

1. Take 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and put 1/4 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of Urad Dal and fry it in low flame.

2. Add curry leaves, 3-4 tablespoon grated coconut and then add 1 cup water in pan and put salt as per taste.

3. Cook it well and add 3-4 tablespoon Moreal instant Oats in it.

4. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes and then let it cool down.

5. Add chopped cucumber, carrots, capsicum, tomato, fresh coriander, some chilli flakes in mixture.

6. You can add some seasoning of herbs, roasted peanuts, 4-5 tablespoon of beated curd and a pinch of mint powder.

7. Serve and enjoy your delicious summer oatmeal.
