Neemach Mata Temple

Today I started my morning on a pleasant hill top which is a spiritual spot too. This place, actually it is a hill and is temple of Goddess 'Neemach'. Also known as Neemach Mata Temple.

Located on a hill at banks of Lake Fateh Sagar in Udaipur City, Rajasthan. Neemach Mata Temple is located on a lavish green Aravali Hill in area of Dewaali. You have to reach this temple by climbing the hill. Don't worry, for your facility you can walk around through steps or uphill slope which is constructed from bottom to top of the hill till Mata Ji's Temple.





When you reach half of the hill you can easily see the beautiful Udaipur City. And after reaching at the top, you will experience pleasure from Nature. Cool breeze, 240% view of City from Top, Aravali hills covering the City, beautiful lakes, and much much more. After having darshan of Goddess Neemach Mata, anyone can easily spend his whole day here at this beautiful place.





After climbing around 1 Kilometer, and reaching at top you will not feel any tiredness. Although you will feel more refreshed.


Neemach Mata is Kuldevi of Dokot Khandan. On the day of Hariyali Amavasya, the Dokot family gathers togather and perform a grand worship every year.

At Neemach Mata Temple there is small temple of Lord Ganesh too. Localities used to climb this hill every morning to keep themselves fit and have a fresh start of the day with a pleasant environment which definitely stores a positive energy for whole day.

you can imagine how beautiful and pleasurable this place is. Free from pollution, free from crowed, a peaceful destination which surely gives glimpse of heaven. If you are in Udaipur, you must visit Neemach Mata Temple in early morning or in the evening. In evening when you are at the top of the Temple you will find Udaipur filled with Fireflies..... :)
